КЛИНИЧЕСКИЕ ПРОЯВЛЕНИЯ ПЕЧЕНОЧНЫХ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ ПРИ ОСТРОЙ ТОНКОКИШЕЧНОЙ НЕПРОХОДИМОСТИ
Аннотация
Непосредственной причиной смерти пациентов при острой тонкокишечной непроходимости (ОТКН) является развитие перитонита в сочетании с синдромом полиорганной недостаточности, который включает острую недостаточность функции печени, почек, легких и других органов.
Установить морфофункциональные изменения в печени при острой тонкокишечной непроходимости на клиническом материале, выполняя ее биопсию в динамике развития заболевания, не представляется возможным. Нужны комплексные экспериментально-морфологические исследования на основе моделирования разных видов острой тонкокишечной непроходимости, которые позволили бы исследовать морфофункциональные преобразования в печени в динамике развития заболевания.
