ВИРУСНЫЙ ГЕПАТИТ Е: СОВРЕМЕННОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ
Аннотация
В данной статье представлен текущий статус проблемы вирусного гепатита Е. Вирусная инфекция гепатита Е традиционно считалась острой, самоограниченной болезнью, подобной гепатиту А. Вирус гепатита Е (ГЭВ) был признан десятилетиями как основная причина вспышек, связанных с фекальным загрязнением питьевой воды в развивающихся странах. Этот патоген теперь также признан в качестве основного этиологического агента острого гепатита в промышленно развитых странах, который передается зоонотически. Описан импортный случай ГЭВ на территории Республики Беларусь в сочетании с острой ВИЧ-инфекцией.
