The article describes a case from the clinical practice of a patient with overlap syndrome that was followed up by dermatologists with the diagnosis of hyperkeratosis and gastroenterologists with autoimmune hepatitis (AIG). 10 years after the onset of the disease there was a cross on the primary biliary cirrhosis of the liver (PBC).
