РОЛЬ КИШЕЧНОЙ МИКРОБИОТЫ В ПАТОГЕНЕЗЕ ПРОГРЕССИРОВАНИЯ СЕПСИСА

Аннотация

Введение. Сепсис является глобальной проблемой общественного здравоохранения и связан с высокими показателями смертности во всех странах. Согласно последним представлениям, cепсис определяется как опасная для жизни дисфункция органов, вызванная нерегулируемой реакцией хозяина на инфекцию. Цель исследования – провести анализ результатов научных исследований, подтверждающих ключевую роль дисбактериоза кишечника в патофизиологии сепсиса. Материал и методы. Проведен качественный анализ 34 русскоязычных и англоязычных источников, затрагивающих роль кишечной микробиоты в возникновении сепсиса. Результаты. Установлено, что кишечная микробиота играет важную роль в этиологии, патогенезе и лечении сепсиса и ее дисбаланс может стать триггерным моментом в развитии сепсиса разной этиологии, преимущественно грамотрицательного. Выводы. Проведенный анализ литературы свидетельствует о том, что бактериальная транслокация может быть естественным состоянием в том случае, когда иммунная система функционирует нормально. Кишечная микробиота играет одну из ведущих ролей в развитии сепсиса. Применение пробиотиков и трансплантация кишечной микробиоты вносят большой вклад в лечение и профилактику сепсиса у пациентов ОИТ.
