Аннотация

В обзоре представлены литературные данные и оригинальные результаты световой и электронной микроскопии патоморфологических изменений желчных протоков при первично склерозирующем холангите (ПСХ), аутоиммунном склерозирующем холангите, ассоциированном с иммуноглобулином G4 (IgG4) и перекрестных (оверлап) аутоиммунных холестатических синдромах перекрытия: ПСХ + хронический аутоиммунный гепатит (ХАГ); ПСХ + первичный билиарный цирроз печени (ПБЦ).
