Аннотация

Неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени (НАЖБП) характеризуется избыточным накоплением жира в печени при отсутствии вторичных причин. В обзоре представлены данные о роли фруктозы в накоплении жира в печени и механизмах развития НАЖБП. Получен ряд данных об эффектах фруктозы в виде сахаросодержащих и фруктозосодержащих напитков, имеющих отношение к формированию НАЖБП.
