Аннотация

В обзоре представлены литературные данные, касающиеся основных патоморфологических особенностей аутоиммунного гепатита (АИГ) и результаты световой и электронной микроскопии в виде фотографий и описания разных вариантов морфологических изменений в печени у пациентов с АИГ. Предложены дополнения в разделы классификации АИГ, касающиеся этиологии и происхождения АИГ, приведены клинические примеры с описанием особенностей морфологии по уточненной авторами классификации.
